The practices and exercises

Tantra Yoga

Tantra yoga embraces the idea that sexual energy can be harnessed and channeled for spiritual growth and connection. It emphasizes the importance of conscious and mindful intimacy, focusing on deepening the connection between partners and experiencing pleasure as a spiritual practice. Tantra yoga includes practices that involve partners, such as eye gazing, synchronized breathing, and physical postures done together. These practices aim to deepen the connection and energetic exchange between partners, fostering trust, intimacy, and spiritual union.


Tantric Meditation

Our tantric practices involve mantra chanting and guided meditation to activate and balance the chakras and facilitate the movement of energy through the Merkabah. 
The Merkabah is also associated with the concept of sacred geometry, particularly the star tetrahedron shape. This geometric form is believed to represent the interplay of masculine and feminine energies, as well as the balance between the physical and spiritual realms. By visualizing and meditating on the Merkabah's geometric form, practitioners seek to align themselves with these energies and access higher states of consciousness.



Tantric Massage

During a tantric massage, the practitioner uses various techniques to stimulate and relax the body, including gentle touch, strokes, and pressure points. The massage may involve the entire body, including erogenous zones, but the focus is not solely on sexual arousal. Instead, the goal is to create a deep sense of relaxation and connection between the giver and receiver.
The intention behind tantric massage is to create a safe and nurturing space for the receiver to explore their sensuality, release emotional and physical blockages, and experience a deeper connection with themselves and their partner, if the massage is performed in a couple's context.

Tantric Breathwork

Circular or Connected Breathing: In tantric breathwork, the breath is practiced in a continuous, circular pattern without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This connected breathing technique helps to create a steady flow of energy throughout the body, promoting a sense of unity and integration. By consciously directing the breath and visualizing the energy flowing through specific channels or energy centers (chakras), practitioners can awaken and harmonize their energy system.
Some tantric breathwork practices involve breath retention, where the breath is held in after the inhale or exhale for a specific duration. Breath retention can help to build energy, increase focus, and induce altered states of consciousness. .

Will we be naked?

No, there will be no nudity or anything awkward involved.

What should I bring?

Please wear comfortable clothing, such as yoga attire with light colors—avoid bright, flashy colors. Bring a reusable water bottle, a journal (and a pen, if you’d like to take notes), a yoga mat, a pillow for your back, and a blanket.

Is this event only for couples?

This event is open to both couples and singles. We will engage in certain exercises with partners and others in the group. You can benefit from attending alone or with a partner; both experiences are powerful and effective.

Can I microdose medicine for this practice?

No, we do not recommend it. We prefer that you experience the raw energy first. Once you’ve mastered that energy sensation, you may consider adding microdoses later. Additionally, it's best to avoid caffeinated drinks before the workshop, as they can alter your sensitivity and place pressure on your internal organs.

Can I skip part of the workshop if I feel uncomfortable?

Absolutely. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you have the right to leave the space respectfully for a while. We understand that some practices may trigger deep sensitivities, and facing our truths can be challenging. If you need a moment to gather yourself, please feel free to do so—it’s fully encouraged.

Can I wear a sexy outfit?

While you are welcome to dress comfortably and attractively, please avoid outfits that expose a lot of skin or reveal nipples. As this is a group experience, we want to ensure that everyone’s boundaries are respected, whether they are couples or solo participants.

How many participants will be attending the event?

Our circle is limited to just 10-14 people to ensure an intimate experience.
