The Deepest Pain

If we’re honest, underneath all of it is one core wound: the fear of not being enough — not strong enough, not skilled enough, not emotionally attuned enough — paired with the fear that if a woman really saw all of you, she would leave. Most men have never had a space to say that out loud. That’s exactly what this circle is for.

What Exactly Is This Circle

Before I lay out the program, let me tell you how this came about. Over the years, working closely with couples and singles in intimacy coaching, I kept noticing the same thing from a different angle: the men in the room were often the ones carrying the most unspoken weight. They showed up wanting to be better partners, better lovers, better men — but they were navigating it mostly alone, without language for what they felt, and without other men to be honest with.

Here’s the thing… after enough conversations, it became clear that men needed a space of their own. Not a space to perform strength. A space to actually be met.

That’s why this Men’s Circle was born: a space led by me, woman, held specifically for men, where the focus is on understanding what’s actually happening between you and the women in your life — whether that’s a wife of twenty years, a partner you’re falling for, someone you just started dating, or your own sister.

If any of these sound familiar, you’re not broken — you’re just human, in a culture that never taught you this:

    •    In dating and early attraction — not knowing how to read what a woman actually wants versus what she says she wants, fear of misreading signals, and the paralysis between being “too much” or “not enough.”

    •    In long-term relationships and marriage — watching passion fade into routine, feeling more like a roommate or a provider than a lover, and not knowing how to bring the spark back without feeling foolish or rejected.

    •    Around emotional expression — being expected to be steady and strong, while having no safe place to express fear, sadness, or need without being seen as weak.

    •    Around communication — saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, shutting down during conflict, or feeling like nothing they say is ever quite right.

    •    Around sexuality and desire — carrying shame or pressure around performance, not understanding a woman’s body or arousal, and fear of disappointing a partner.

    •    Around rejection and self-worth — the deep, often hidden fear of being inadequate, replaceable, or not truly desired for who they are.

    •    Clarity on what women actually need from you — without guesswork, performance, or pretending.

    •    Tools to communicate desire, boundaries, and emotion without losing yourself or the relationship.

    •    A deeper, embodied understanding of your own masculine energy — grounded, not aggressive; confident, not performative.

    •    Real practice, not theory: exercises you can bring home into your relationship immediately.

    •    A brotherhood of men who see you, challenge you, and hold you accountable — not out of judgment, but out of respect.

    •    Permission, for the first time in a long time, to not have it all figured out.

The Breakthroughs Occur As…

…I work directly with you in a small, hand-selected circle of men during hot seats and ask-me-anything sessions.

This circle is right for you if:

🌿 If you’re genuinely open to learning from a woman’s perspective and wisdom — not as a threat to your masculinity, but as a missing piece that completes your understanding of yourself.

🌿 If you’re willing to sit with discomfort when something challenges what you thought you knew about being a man, rather than shutting down or getting defensive.

🌿 If you see flexibility and the willingness to be taught as a strength, not a weakness — and you’re ready to unlearn old patterns that no longer serve you.

🌿 If you’re curious about the parts of yourself that logic and control haven’t been able to reach, and you sense that a woman’s guidance can open a door that other men, or you alone, cannot.

🌿 If you’re ready to actually listen — not to respond, defend, or prove yourself, but to receive.

🌿 If you want real growth, even when it means admitting you don’t have all the answers, and even when the person guiding you is a woman.

🌿 If you’re willing to be vulnerable in front of other men, without needing to compete, perform, or protect your image.

🌿 If you already sense you’ve hit a ceiling working only within traditionally “masculine” frameworks, and you’re ready to expand.

This circle is NOT for you if:

⚠️ If you carry judgment or resistance toward the idea of receiving teaching or guidance from a woman, and see it as somehow lesser or inappropriate.

⚠️ If you consider yourself already finished learning — someone who attends only to confirm what you already believe, not to be changed.

⚠️ If you’re rigid in your idea of masculinity and see any softness, receptivity, or emotional openness as weakness.

⚠️ If you’re unwilling to sit with the discomfort of being challenged, and instead shut down, argue, or dismiss what doesn’t fit your existing worldview.

⚠️ If you’re here to prove something — to yourself, to other men, or to whoever is guiding the circle — rather than to actually be present and learn.

⚠️ If your instinct, when faced with unfamiliar wisdom, is to defend your position rather than ask “what if I’m missing something?”

This circle is NOT built for men who already have it figured out

It’s built for men who are ready to admit they don’t — and who trust that real strength includes the humility to learn, including from a woman’s wisdom.

Because the bottom line is this: I’ve walked alongside hundreds of men through this exact terrain. I’ve watched the same patterns repeat — and I’ve watched men break through them.

Meet your Host

Irreparable damage was inflicted on Julia's mental and physical health; between the ages of 5 and 16, she was raped by several men—including her own cousin—while her stepfather regularly beat her physically and emotionally destroyed her.

She has done a tremendous amount of inner work to restore her respect, patience, and compassion for men. After traveling a long path of healing in relation to masculine energy, she discovered unique gifts that she can—and want to—share with men. Julia has made a firm decision to host online circles and retreats specifically for men.

She invites men to unlock their inner feminine (or soulful) and true masculine nature through deep work and through the perspective of a woman who was once shattered by men, yet found the strength not to seek revenge, but to help them heal.
